For most of my life, I was one of the few that were lucky to not develop acne. I was blessed with clear skin and occasionally dealt with the one or two pimples.
Now that I am older, and in nursing school my stress is higher, and the struggle to eating clean sometimes just goes out the window. Lately, I have noticed that I have been dealing with more break outs, dry skin, and black heads.
I have noticed a difference and after purchasing Michele Phans book, “Make Up: Your Life Guide to Beauty, Style, and Success-Online and Off,”
I have decided to make an effort to start taking care of my skin.
After reading her chapter on skin care routine, and researching many beauty guru’s online I have decided to make a few purchases, and start taking care of my skin.
