Jillian Michaels absolutely inspires me to work towards a healthier, fitter, and happier life. In one of her latest podcasts, she spoke regarding making time for yourself and ultimately becoming a happier and fulfilled woman.
We as women, are strong, unique, and have the ability to influence many. We usually are the center of relationships and family, and when we aren’t happy it seems to reach those around us.
I challenge you to take an inventory of your life and purge the things and people that have become toxic to you. Learn what you can change in your life that will help you decrease your stress and worries. Discover new activities and hobbies that bring life back into your life.
Schedule a personal day. Go to breakfast, journal, get your nails done, buy yourself flowers, and really appreciate yourself and all that you are worth.
