Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset There is something about snacking and studying. Most of my days consist of me meeting up with classmates to study, or spending hours alone with my books, and of course a snacking!

This unconscious snacking could ( well has for me ) cause you to gain weight and not know where it’s coming from. Most of the time I snack when I am not actually hungry. For some reason it just feels  normal to study while snacking. I have used snacking to also stay up late at night to study… What a no no I am learning….



I am so grateful I took part of the (extended & modified) Daniel Fast where meat and sweets were removed from our daily diet.

Before this fast, I hated vegetables. I never ate them. Now that  I completed 43 days of no meat and sweats, I am so happy to say I eat (almost) every single vegetable. My palate has definitely changed! Never thought it was possible, but it is!

Not only do I have more food options to eat and enjoy, I am also feeling lighter and healthier.

My study partner and I enjoyed this the other night while studying..

Hopefully this week I get to try out a pin on my delicious foods to try board  on Pinterest… Eggplant Pizza … Lauren Conrad has made a post about it.. can’t wait to try it…

… I will.. I will.. I will use and make some of the actual recipes I pin…lol… #thepintereststruggle
