First, thank you for supporting my small business.

Refunds

As files are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS or CONSULTATION CALLS please note I am unable to provide any REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Hope you understand.

NOTE: For one on one consultation calls date and time will be communicated and agreed in advance. If you do not show or miss the fall you will be charged for the session and will require an additional purchase if you would like to reschedule. These consultation calls are not refundable. Please prepare and communicate your questions and your goals for the call to maximize our time. I want to help support you and answer any questions you have.

Exchanges

Sorry there are no exchanges. Make sure that when you are purchasing the file that you double check which file you have chosen. For example, if you are a night nurse and accidentally purchased a dayshift nursing brain sheet, I will not be able to exchange for the night shift version. You will need to make an additional purchase of the correct sheet.

Downloads

Please note once you have purchased your file, you will receive a link for an immediate download. Please do not COPY or SHARE the file. If you peer is interested in the file please send them to this site so they can purchase another file for them. (You can even email me and I will try and get a discount code atleast). 🙂

Shipping returns

All products are DIGITAL FILES for immediate download after purchase.

There are no files that require shipping. 🙂
